Slum child
I met this girl in the Pipe Village Slums of Mumbai, India.
People originally came from all over India to work in a factory that makes very big pipes. The families did not have enough money to rent an apartment, so they used the pipes to form a type of slum. The factory is now closed, but the families still live here. Most work doing hard labour and make less than $2 per day. The local with us said these people probably do not eat 3 meals a day.
